The standard fee for this high-quality midwifery Birth care is $4,500*
The client is responsible for paying Mandala Midwifery a deposit of $4,500 as set out by the agreed-upon payment plan, regardless of insurance reimbursement. Clients are required to pay 25% of the deposit as a non-refundable deposit upon contracting with Mandala Midwifery, and complete payments by 36 weeks of pregnancy.

We do offer a sliding scale to those in need.

Well Woman Care
The standard fee for this high-quality midwifery Well Woman Care is $250* for those who's insurance covers the cost of care and $250* for Self-Pay.

We do offer a sliding scale to those in need.

There is NO price differentiation between the initial visit and followup visits.

*Note About Additional Fees:
These standard fees do not include any lab work or herbal and homeopathic remedies. Lab work associated with any paps, blood draws, STI testing, etc. will be added to the Fee for Services. You are required to pay a "Fees" deposit to cover these additional expenses. Unused funds will be returned. Excess of funds will be billed.
